The intermediate training covers in more detail, the technical aspects and foundation topics. It includes Electronics at a basic level and everything from fitting a 13 amp plug to calibrating a VFO. There is also a lot more in depth detail but is not a big leap from the foundation.

You must have the foundation license before taking the intermediate exam.

We welcome people from all ages and walks of life so don’t be afraid to try it! We won’t say that it’s easy but it isn’t too hard!

Included with the course is all course materials, training, exam fees, room hire, study manual, light refreshments during training and membership of RADARC for a whole year!

The course runs from 9:30am until 5pm at Woodford Park Leisure Centre, Woodley, RG5 4LY. Dates are shown on the calendar pages on this website.
